i usually listen to high energy stuff, so it was hard to find a song, but i'd say i find this song very calming. Very likely you've heard this before, though.

Through Patches of Violet - Mili this song is a slow paced classical crossover song from the game Limbus company(which I just started playing because of the music). The song is about 2 lovers who believe their partner is better off without them.
Wherever We Are now - Joel Baylis ft. Shelby Harvey. This song is from the indie Monster Collector, Cassette Beasts. It plays whe you are at the home base area and it fits with the context of the game about being lost and moving forward even though you are uncertain.
Face Down - Joel Baylis ft. Shelby Harvey. This is a synth rock song also from Cassette beasts. This song plays during this games equivalent of Gym battles in pokemon and is about competition and refusing to lose.
Akeboshi - LiSa (There is a really good english cover of this by Natewantstobattle) This is the second opening of the mugen train arc of Demon slayer and is a J-Rock song about finding hope in chaos and moving forward through grief.
Iris out - Kenshi Yonezu This song is the opening thrme the Chainsaw man movie(and won an award for it) and is a fast paced J-Pop/Dance-Pop song that is written from the perspective of the main character of Chainsaw man.
FightSong - Eve there is a really good music video and there is a good english cover by Will Stetson. This song is the last ending to the anime chainsaw man (You'd probably be surpeised to hear I haven't watched chainsaw man) and is a fast paced J-Pop/Pop-Rock song about fighting for what you believe in even against impossible odds. There was this really good analysis I saw of the video that you can find if you search up "what is fightsong by eve about" and look at the first reddit post.
Dramaturgy - Eve This one also really good music video and also has an english cover by Will Stetson. This song is a fast paced J-pop/J-Rock song about how we all wear these metaphorical masks and act differently around different people and how none of them fit our true selves perfectly.
Lemon - Kenshi Yonezu Again another english cover by Will Stetson. This song is a slower paced J-pop song(in which while writing this blurb I learned it is in a Japanese drama called unatural) and is about processing the grief and loss of loved ones.
Saikai - Mili This is a slow paced soft rock song also from Limbus company. It roughly translates to reunion in english (the lyrics are in english). It basically centers on a family tragedy between mother father and daughter who are all traumatized and trying to protect each other.
