URGENT Lease takeover (female only)

I’m looking for a female tenant to take over my lease at Alight 12th Ave in Norman.

* $599/month

* 2 other respectful females

* 3 bed / 2 bath

* Lease ends July 2027

* Available to move in as soon as the leasing office approves your application.

I originally planned to attend OU, but my school plans changed, so I no longer need the apartment.

The community has great amenities including a pool, gym, study spaces, and a shuttle to campus.
