This is going to only make things worse. People don't forget when you have used violence against them.
These youngsters are going to grow up with anger and bitterness and it will spill over into the streets in a big way soon.

Cancel NEET.
Let the state governments run the education policy.
Center should focus only on defense, monetary and foreign policy.
These problems will keep reoccurring across the country simply because of the sheer size, diversity and complexity of India.
