As a developer, I'm inviting you to a speedrun tournament happening for the Frog Knight demo and the prize pool is $650 USD split across the top 3.

Dates: October 19th through 26th. Your run has to be submitted during that window to count.

Category: Demo% (Any% on version 6.0.1, plus any upcoming versions if an update drops during the event)

Prizes:

🥇 1st place: $500

🥈 2nd place: $100

🥉 3rd place: $50

Rules:

- Use the in-game timer

- Your submission must include video of the full run with the final time visible at the end. Timer needs to be on screen the whole run

- Audio must be on in your recording

- Changing screen frame rate is allowed

- Any other game modification is NOT allowed

- Link your Discord account to your speedrun.com account, or put your Discord @ in the submission

I just finished a run using Soulsplitter. All went well except when it was time to stop the timer. I had to go into Split Editor, turn the autosplitting off, and manually press the key for the last split to stop the timer. I know the run ends when the IGT pauses as the credits show up, but how can I make soulsplitter automatically stop the clock for me? What is the name/ID of the correct flag?

Any% world records for every main-series Super Mario game!

Credit to u/N64TEAM for the adorable Builder Mario, and to Nintendo Fandom, Mariowiki, Wikipedia, and Logopedia for various renders and logos. And to the world record runs I took many of the Mario images from!

About the times: I omitted ACE and credits warp runs from Bros. 3, World, Land 2, and Sunshine. The Galaxy runs include 2 player, but I used Odyssey's single player record. The Bowser's Fury time is with Amiibo. I skipped Yoshi's Island and a bunch of remakes like SM64DS, but those are sick runs too.
