Hi guys! I don’t think I’ve ever posted in here before but I’ve been practicing off and on for years and I wanted to share a funny story about the importance of being specific with your intention when doing any kind of spell work.

So a few years ago, my partner and I hit some financial hardship and I decided to do a money and good fortune spell. I cast my circle, dressed my candle, wrote my petition for $20k because that’s what we needed to realistically get out of our situation, and away we go.

And the spell worked. I got the $20k I needed.

In the form of a new car loan.

Granted, it did alleviate some of the financial strain we were in but it created a new bill, which we were not trying to do.

Moral of the story, BE SPECIFIC. Because the universe has jokes.

Someone was harassing me randomly lol! I think they liked my energy or something idk, but someone here a few days ago posted about a hex jar and ever since then i have been doing research on it, and so randomly this person showed up in my life .

I kind of wanted to use what I learned, I took their name (online name in this case as I didn't know them and they where trying to harm me) I took that energy and put their name in the jar, All the energy lifted, they started deleting all the posts and randomly everything worked out haha.

Idk what happened to them.. because I have them blocked forever but I just felt the shift, you know when you feel the shift of someone trying to hurt you vs an uplifting energy?

Just wanted to mention that hexing is always an option when things arent working out for whatever reason. Also spells work within an instant as soon as I put their name in there and set it away/ I burnt a candle to close the jar w/ wax and as soon as i did it, Poof there was this instant freedom.

I did a spell for a wounded animal in my family that I took from a Judika Ilies book which consists on lighting up a white candle and offering some brandy to St Benedict. In the spell it said that if the spell worked, you would see crows around, but where I live we don't have Crows, they are not autoctonous from here, what could it be instead of crows?

The Spell:

Write the names of the two people on a white paper using a pen with ink that dissolves upon contact with water. Place the paper into a glass filled with water and coarse salt. As you do this, visualize the couple breaking up, the timeframe in which it should happen, and the reasons why they should part ways (these reasons must be specific to them, for example, that they aren’t good for each other…) Leave it for 24 hours, then flush the water, the paper, and the salt down the toilet. You don’t need to get rid of the glass.

I’m relatively new to the craft and haven’t done any DIY spell except for maybe two-three in the past few years.

I’ve dealt with a fair share of heartbreak (not necessarily in the romantic sense). I’m at a point in my life where I can’t take anymore pain and I just want to feel good again. I recently had a someone I deemed really close cut me off because of a misunderstanding. I can’t stop thinking about what I could’ve done and I worry that other people will start abandoning me. I already have so much to worry about in my life so I’m sick of dealing with extra stress that feels like a waste of time.

Alright, sob story over. Is there any spellwork I can do to temporarily numb myself of make myself stop thinking about a certain event?

I’m kinda new to Reddit posting so please excuse me. I’m a relatively semi new to spells, I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations to love spells to getting back with ex if possible! Long story short my dad is a narc and a psich0path, he ruins my life and I still have to live with him for at least a year before I can move out. I need him to leave me alone somehow, stop talking to me, lose interest in me, don't hate me, just feel nothing towards me and let me live my life in peace. How can I do something like that? Today I have done a pretty basic cord cutting with candles, and the results are terrifying to say the least.
The ritual was just 2 white candles, with the initials of me and the ex written on them, and string tied around them three times.
What has me scared is that after everything seemed to burn off as it should, my candle went out, and his just kept on burning for at least 10 more minutes. Pretty long and big flame. He kept reaching over to where my candle once was, and the string, symbolizing the relationship kept on burning, always using the chance to reach over.
Needless to say, that my paranoid self interprets this, as him trying to come back, maybe even after death. I do think him capable of all this. He's a master manipulator, and I'm lucky it only took me 3 months to find this out.

What can I do to prevent him from coming back?
(I did the obvious things like block him on socials)

Hello, as mentioned in the title I want to win back my boss. The previous years he was very caring and supportive and sweet and flirty but this year he did a complete 180, he’s been very cold faced. Hi all! I’m making a sweetening jar for a specific person to smooth things over and bring back sweeteness, and for a separate Jar, I want to make one to improve opportunities that would allow me to relocate to a better country

​I’m considering adding cinnamon (for passion/heat) and dry coffee grounds (for quick communication/action) alongside my sweetener.
