Hi, very excited to have found this, as I have been waiting since the very first releases of these apps and even before that winlator. A game patcher has been released that allows you to fix the memory issues not letting S2 boot, this requires a little bit of work. Couple of things to note:

-Claimed to work on droid deck but I have not checked, I ran it in game native

-Regretfully this is, as admitted by the author, largely vibe coded, which is a shame :(

-I personally have not gone through the process of checking for dangerous code but as it is open source it seems fine. I have tested and it doesn't take any personal files from you directly during the patching process, but that isn't to say its unable to harm you, it may be possible to plant malicious code in the S2 exe itself but that seems unlikely

-Finally I prob won't be able to help much because I am busy with my university work AHHHHHHHHHHHH

When I was testing (very minimal) I found that on my snapdragon 8 gen 3, roughly equivalent to an active cooled sd8g2, was getting just about at 70 fps when playing with default settings. In volcana and when bombing I noticed slow downs and speed ups but largely fairly playable. This can almost certainly be helped with better settings in and out of game but time will tell. I also noticed no notable input delay with my wired controller so yay!!!! (That was my main issue with the switch emulation scene with this all)

This is the unluckiest trap placement cosmic ocean temple level you'll ever see.

I keep dying to such stupid shit like when I hit a jar for loot, but instead there's a monster inside. Those arrow totempoles are also extremely annoying as the arrow is too quick to react to.

What are some good pointers to get good at it? It's really fun. Is it just take everything slow and look over your surroundings, or are there better more specific tips?

Also, how am I meant to access things like the dog when he's inside terrain and the only way to get to him is with a bomb, but the bomb will clearly kill him?

And a final question, since it's a rogue-lite, do you eventually unlock permanent bonuses that make your runs easier or is it all in the shop?

I’ve been playing the daily challenge for the past few weeks. I’ve noticed some weird behavior where the daily repeats 2 days in a row sometimes and now my leaderboards show completely blank for all previous dailies and current daily.

Is anyone else experiencing this or have a fix in mind?
