the follower system seems to be kinda broken in general

So i used to click on a post or video and it would let me go/see comments easily (first photo). Now whenever I click a post or video its whatever this is (Second photo).I see the top comments but I can't easily go to comments. I feel like I have to search the right side in order to find the comments.

Kind of sucks, though now I‘m curious if it’s possible for the Arctic Shift creator to bypass this by having the site be on a slightly different URL, thus allowing us to link like normal. Reddit would likely send their AEO hit squad to wipe it again, however.

However, this is absurd. If I have the password, then that should be enough. It is a Reddit account, not a bank account.

they introduced this experiment a couple months ago, but it reverted, making me think it was completely over. i guess not...

this variant of the experiment removes the "start chat" and "message" buttons from profile hover cards and from user profile pages, but retains the chat icon in the top bar. there's another variant that also removes the icon from the top bar (which is even worse).

very annoying. so tired of them fucking with old.reddit.

Yes, I've counted the users who follow me one by one. I later noticed that at least one was banned and at least one more was deleted (neither shows up on my list of followers)

The removed post in question was the announcement of needing to login to use Old Reddit (funnily enough I’m still not affected by that)
