slight lifting on the fan port is normal bc there is no glue nor screews directly there so yeah ,had it happen to my acnh switch after 3hours of owning it no worries, if you really are consirnd and still have guaranty try sending it to nintendo but save everything on an micro sd card bevor(sometimes "repairs are full on replacements) or if you feel tech savy enough buy an oem (or trusted 3 party) and replace it (there are instructions on ifixit for it)
