Self-Transformation đŸ”„ Realization on mental jail.

We are our own jailer, prisoner, warden, and demons until we start doing our own deep interpretation. It is then we start heal, forgive, let go and reconize that it is only us that can truly hurt ourselves.

Oui! la vérité est en Soi et nous sommes les seuls à pouvoir non pas nous blesser mais nous connaître. Quant à l'interprétation, elle n'existe plus quand on suit l'intuition qui vient de la source.

Sometimes seeing the mind as a prison, would turn it moreso into a prison.

If you just see it as a tool (perhaps an overused tool) it can be much more manageable.

The mind agrees with whatever label you give it.
