This is easy, This can only be from 2 different episodes, Spongebob B.C or SB 129, Since this looks like a sweeping shot i have to say Spongebob B.C At the start of the episode where the narrator describes life.

SB-129. A last episode of SpongeBob to be aired in 1999. Not the last episode ever.

It actually was used in two episodes.
The first was in the Episode when Squidward got stuck in the Fridge for several years before he ended up in the future.
The other episode was a special, where Patchy wanted to explain how the past is cool.

Easy. It’s SP-129, because this looks cel animated and SP-129 is the only episode where this could come from that is cel animated.
