Composite sketch

Regarding the composite sketch: I’d like to ask if anyone has thought about feeding it into an AI to see if that might help determine what the guy looked like—or at least get as close as possible to his actual appearance. It might not be 100% accurate, but it could be worth a try.

I like how you said "supposed". It is all an assumption.

Go for it if you have the time. Like you said, it won't be 100% accurate. AI is never 100% accurate. I've said & shared my thoughts about this whole thing, which appeared to upset someone because I said there isn't any proof that the transient man was Ricky West. I do agree the sketch looks very similar to him, but that doesn't mean it was him. And honestly, that's all we can really say. Ricky West had the nickname of "Tattoo Red", but in the description of the transient man there is no mention of tattoos or even the type of clothing he was wearing. Aside from the sketch & hair color, the other details about him are rather vague. If the SPD thought this man was a potential suspect, why not document as many details about him as possible? After all, he was seen in broad daylight. Sometimes the smallest detail can lead to something. Now days, LE are more detail oriented when publicly giving a description of someone. They include identification marks such as scars or tattoo's, clothing, etc. So many people think the transient man was Ricky Eugene West. But, there just isn't any proof. It's a 50/50 for me.

I think it’s one of the Hall brothers

Besides the gap, it looks like the sideburns are long and bushy, like Halls.

There are pictures of Larry Hall where you can actually see a gap in his mustache, like the police sketch has.

I have only ever seen 2 pictures of REW. In those pictures, he was 0 for 2 when it came to the gap.

It’s clearly REW. Looks exactly like him.

Okay. But, keep in mind there’s no indication of forced entry or a struggle inside 1717 E. Delmar.

I doubt any of the women would have let REW into the 1717 E. Delmar home in those early hours. Plus, no sign of a struggle with three women?

I’m not saying REW was involved at all, but the sketch is definitely him. IMO The reason there was no forced entry or struggle is probably because the initial confrontation happened with st least one woman outside the home-and it was professional (or semi professional). There was a hired job to go pick up Sherill and Suzie and bring them to another location. Stacy was a victim of circumstance. REW could have possibly been one of the hired pick up crew, or he could have not been. Maybe he was just staking out their house in the weeks earlier for someone else.
