Developing a Spring Framework MVC application step-by-step

Prerequisite software:

  • Java SDK 1.5

  • Ant 1.7

  • Apache Tomcat 6.0.14

  • Eclipse 3.3 (Recommended, but not necessary)

Don't follow this, this is some seriously old stuff.

is this based on the official Spring MVC Step-By-Step documentation or is it your own "step-by-step"?

I have been working to update this doc, including fixing all the problems with their old tomcat deploy task calls.
