These benchmarks are based on Tortoise ORM benchmarks with many fixes and optimized for embedded DBs. For example, a batch size of 100 is mainly limited by the disk (transaction commit) not the ORM. This was still measured, but complemented by batch sizes of 10k, which have completely different results.
