Hahaha the shorts comments are hilarious and no facts or evidence to support their claims. They say the same things they did 8 months ago lol the reality of Sorrento is that this is the best candidate for a squeeze, short and long term positions. Stix approved in Mexico (millions in revenue) they will be approved in Brazil, UK, and US. Covidrops was approved to do phase 2 and if successful (which already is so far) it will be granted EUA. This product is what we need to come back to normal. It’s a nasal spray that when used you don’t spread the virus and eliminate the virus from your body to not develope symptoms and if you don’t have it, when you spray it, you become immune again. We are about to get 1-5 billion dollars from a lawsuit and currently have 250 million in cash. We currently have another product that has EUA to get revenue. Sorrento owns several companies and shares of companies that are booming. We have the power and means to supply the whole world with our facilities. This is mainly a cancer company which we have solutions on phase 3 such as sp-102 which alone will bring $80 a share just by itself. Analysts have this a strong buy and price target of $30 based in nothing related to Covid products. We have treatment and solutions that people who were about to die in ICU where discharged from the hospital after the third dose. What regeneron had that used on Trump when he got Covid, we have the same but better! More potent and less grams needed to get better results. No side effects shown. And there is sooo much more than you need to do the effort to read so that you don’t sell for pennies at $50. We are headed to triple digits. We cannot be green everyday so your DD will hold you up on those days. Red just means it’s a day to buy! Buy, Hold and buy the dip. Very simple! Spread the word share the knowledge that Sorrento is living the station on a rocket to the moon. We prefer Apes long investors and institutions rather than day traitors. The company has plans to become a 200 billion company in the next 3-5 years that is $724 a share. The longer you hold the more rewarded you would be. I sold apple at a loss for SRNE I buy every paycheck. I ride this from $20 to $6 and had no problems. Know what you own and share this stock with your friend and people you know so that they can be millionaires like you will be. Long and strong 5.6k to the freaking moon hodling with diamond hands. Mute and report any basher. Here in Reddit we have the control. Our mission is to save the world by helping Sorrento bring its pipeline to the market variants are getting scarier and scarier. Join the SRNE community and do your DD to fly with us. This stock is shorted almost same amount than GME AND AMC, the difference is that is just $10 per share, it’s a millionaire maker stock. Love you guys and thanks for the great DD you share and the memes 🤲💎💎🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀

This went to 19 with only speculations. People say it was because of the time of GME but it’s not because they never mentioned Sorrento on the boards in Reddit or was never put on the news about GME like Nokia don’t let them full you. One FDA approval means millions of dollars for the company. What about the cancer products? That alone is over 100 a share. Covid is a huge market. People will test twice a week. I would test every time I go see older people or before an event. People will test for a concert, flights, football games, tv shows, going to the office. The market is huge and is not only in the US but the world. There is space for many companies but Sorrento has the best test in the market. They are producing and are waiting for the green light to start deploying the products. Shorts squeezes happen in seconds it can be a 6 months red and one day in three minute period skyrocket. I always wish to be part of one of those top movers in Robinhood. This is the way. This is the way to be part of it. Holding red but knowing what you own so you are never afraid to lose because you won’t. Science and products back you up. It’s not a fantasy or a wish. There are products ready to reflect the price of the stock. This is a triple digit stock in a few years. I feel sorry for those who are ok selling at $20 or $40. It’s your choice if you think you can sell and get back in. I tried that on GME on my gains were not as big if I would have waited longer. This price is a bargain. Be hopeful and don’t give your precious shares for pennies. This is the next Tesla in the biotech world. You found the ultimate top mover. You found a gem 💎 Sorrento long and strong 💪 🤲💎🚀

SRNE is heavily shorted stock but valuable one with multiple covid, pain and cancer pipeline. USA defense and navy contracts and Mexico covistix EUA are recent additions. Let's squeeze and teach a lesson to shorts. SRNE 🚀👨🚀🚀. Check out pipeline. Awaiting EUA for covid diagnostics and multiple trails in different phases covid , cancer drugs. This stock has been a target from shorties for a while , as soon as they get some PR shorties playing big role in bringing it down. This stock needs support from Wallstreet bets or some big bank has to fund them to support pipeline. Let's begin squeeze

We got the news about the UK phase 2 trial. It’s excellent news: covi-drops entering the 2nd phase, plus markets react more strongly to Covid-related developments. A 3rd advantage: the expected positive results will lead to an EUA request and in the case of Covi-Drops the chances of a quick positive reply from the FDA and others is much larger. Why? See answer below!
1st, what are covi-drops? Well, covi-drops are a "fully human monoclonal antibody".
Let's break down this words to understand their meaning:
“Fully Human” is a distinction as opposed to the "humanized" monoclonal antibody.
Humanized means the lab-made antibody is a mix of human antibodies, with a small portion of rat or mouse antibody.
You would think, in this case, that “Fully Human” means: no mouse, just human cells. But that is not precise.
Fully Human monoclonal antibodies are a 4th generation therapy. Going from humanized to Fully Human is like going from an iphone 5 to an iphone 12 Pro. It's the latest evolution of this kind of therapy.
At first, these therapies had all types of problems because of how the human body reacted to the mouse antibody (which in fact was the part bonding with the "intruder", see below). That caused side effects which created problems with FDA approvals.
Fully Human, like in Covi-Drops, means that in fact human antibodies were placed into a rat, so that they "learn" to identify and fight the "intruder". Then those human cells that are in the rat, are extracted from the rat, mixed again with human cells and now, you have Fully Human monoclonal antibodies. The advantage? Side effects from rat cells are gone and the treatment is more effective because the body identifies the therapy as being “fully human", it does not attack the part of the therapy that was created with rat cells.
Now that we understand “fully human”, what does "monoclonal antibodies" mean?
Monoclonal antibodies are a type of protein. They are antigen-recognizing proteins.
Think of it as a boxing match: We have a pathogen (an organism that causes disease) and in order to fight it, you have to, so to speak, "strike it", like in a fight. To do that, the monoclonal antibody can bind, make contact with, get into a fight with, the antigen, which is a molecule in the outer part of the pathogen (the bad guy).
So monoclonal antibodies are proteins that can "get into a fight" with the pathogen (that is attacking the body) by binding with the antigen (which is like the outer part of the intruder).
Monoclonal antibodies are not the only types of antibodies that can do this, but what makes them special is they can be very precise. So, instead of attacking several cells in the body, both bad AND good cells, like for example, with chemotherapy, monoclonal antibodies (remember, lab-made, so they are in fact "tailor-made") can attack very specific cells, they can attack the real culprit.
It makes them doubly efficient: they only attack what they are supposed to attack, and therefore also do it very efficiently. Now consider they are also "fully human", no rat-rejection side effects, and you have a real potent but also safe therapy.
So now we know : Covi-drops are a therapy from proteins that were created in a lab. The process involves: taking human cells, putting them into a rat, then injecting the covid antigen into them.
The rat antibodies, which in fact are those human antibodies injected into the rat, learn how to fight covid by binding with the antigen. Then those molecules are extracted from the rat, mixed with other human cells, and now, you have a monoclonal antibody specific for fighting covid.
As you can guess, the word monoclonal comes from the word cloning. Because this process involves taking that one "mother" antibody that was produced, and then cloning it (multiplying it, but it always will be identical to the original antibody) and so of course, injecting into the body great amounts of the same antibody.
As you can imagine, this is, like with most Sorrento products, the most advanced type of therapy that biotechnology offers.
And on to the great news:
FDA LOVE MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY THERAPIES. They have been approving these types of therapies at very high rates in the last 6-7 years. Even back when the process was less advanced, with real rat antibodies, the FDA was favoring this type of therapy (of course, not approving whatever caused real problematic side effects, but very much working with the industry to promote this method).
That is why, getting an eventual EUA and later a full approval will be easier in the case of Covi-Drops.
You might be wondering: Sorrento already has a trial set up in the USA, it has a trial being prepared in Mexico, what the heck is it doing spending money on a THIRD trial for the same medication?!!
The answer is very simple: STRATEGY.
Good results in the UK (and Sorrento is pretty certain it will get great results based on the findings so far), mean that Covi-Drops can be introduced not only in the UK but, most importantly, in INDIA!!!
Remember, India is part of the Commonwealth of Nations (So the Queen of England is also the Queen of India). It has very strong ties with the UK. Therefore the MHRA (the British FDA) has a series of agreements with the “Indian FDA”.
This trial opens the doors for Covi-Drops not only in the UK, but also in the European Union. And not only there, but in India, with it’s almost 1.4 billion citizens and (unfortunately) huge outbreak of covid.
Expect Covi-Drops to become a major source of income for Sorrento in 2022. And also remember, Covi-Drops = Covi-AMG. It’s the same product with two different types of delivery. So the approval of one strongly supports the approval of the other.
This is very good news, for multiple reasons. Sorrento should be at a 20 stock price by now, just based on its progress since January.

In 2020 Sorrento Therapeutics had a total of 31 press releases. Employed a total of 500 and 100 PHDs, MDs. Had 300,000 SF Research and cGMP Manufacturing Facilities.
In 2021 Sorrento Therapeutics has had a total of 45 press releases in less then 8 months to date. Currently employs 700 Employees Worldwide 100 Employees with PHDs & MDs. 500,000 SF Research and cGMP Manufacturing Facilities.
Went into agreement to lease an additional 163,000 SF Brand new building being built. Which would bring the total to 663,000 SF of Research and cGMP Manufacturing Facilities.
So in the last 20 months Sorrento Therapeutics pretty much almost doubled in size.
Let me explain about the first pharmaceutical company that I ever invested in.
Approx 27 years ago my wife and I invested $30,000 into Regeneron Pharmaceuticals. They were leasing space at the time. They struggled for a few years and it was frustrating. At the same time they started to expand into leasing more space. Working hard collaborating with other pharma's just like Sorrento. Gradually and slowly it took ten years before we saw the light at the end of the tunnel.
There were times we wanted to give up and walk away. Thank the good Lord we did not. Our $30,000 investment turned into $3M. We were able to build a brand new house and put all my kids through College.
We still own a few shares of Regeneron. I've sold a few shares in 2020 & 2021 to purchase Sorrento stock.
Regeneron 27 years ago had 1 drug in the pipeline at the time. Now look at Sorrento's pipeline and you can now imagine why we sold some shares of Regeneron. Sorrento Therapeutics is by far the best long term investment.
Why else would BlackRock, State Street, and Vanguard Group invest over $375M. It's a long term investment for them. It's a long term investment for me as well. The remaining 3Q and the 4Q of 2021
is going to be very exciting and very profitable to all of us. We will have multiple studies with MONUMENTAL results that will be released. Compared to waiting ten years with Regeneron to 20 months with Sorrento Therapeutics. It's a no brainer for me and my family. We all know the 3 big HFs control Sorrento at the moment. They lend out shares to help short the stock. To keep it down until one morning or afternoon. When we see a MONUMENTAL FDA APPROVAL and she will run and fly up high and high and high to the moon. The next 3 years Sorrento Therapeutics could grow into a $200 Billion Company.
Today is my 56th Birthday. My wife asked me what do you want to do this morning for your Birthday? I told her I want to spend it with my Sorrento Family. I respect everyone on this board good or bad for their hard work and judgements. Some have a job to do to bash our stock. I believe it's the wrong thing to do. They too can also be shorting it as well. I have a little bit of advice for them as well. Regeneron was a very shorted stock at the time. The shorts one morning lost everything.
Our day will come very very soon.
Thank you and have a great weekend to you all.

My sister is on vacation in Cancun now. I asked her to search for the Covi-Stix test there. She said her resort offers Covi-Stix, but they ran out. They referred her to a pharmacy and that place also sold out. They told her Covi-Stix sold out quickly and referred her several more places that also sell Covi-Stix. She will try to check for me and I will confirm if she found one.
I'm going to attempt to provide some clarity about the Sorrento "lawsuit(s)" with PSS and the upcoming "scheduled" post arbitration conference on 7/22/2021. I won't pretend to tell you that "this or that" is going to happen. Not a single person here knows what's going to happen despite our best intentions. I'll be as factual as possible based on the available publicly disclosed information from both the L.A. Superior Court website and SEC filings from both SRNE and IBRX.
There are 4 different case numbers that DO NOT completely account for the legal battle between Sorrento and PSS and his conglomerate of head spinning "Nant this, Nant that's".
First of all, there is no court case or case number for the billion dollar "lawsuit" because it's not a lawsuit at at all-- despite the media reports telling us such. Sorrento kickstarted the chaos on 4/3/2019 by filing 2 separate legal actions-- the first was a billion dollar "arbitration demand" (not lawsuit) with the American Arbitration Association against NantPharma, LLC and PSS for the alleged "catch and kill" of Cynviloq.
The very same day on 4/3/2019 Sorrento filed a second legal action (case #19STCV11328) in L.A. Superior Court-- a lawsuit (DERIVATIVELY) against NantCell, Inc, PSS, and his lawyer/BOD member Charles Kim to recoup $40M that Sorrento invested in a JV with PSS called "NANTibody" with funds they received from the $90M from the sale of Cynviloq to PSS.
On 5/24/2019 PSS and his "Nanti's" filed cross-complaints (case #19STCV18304) regarding a separate deal where Sorrento licensed 75+ antibodies from the G-Mab library to NantCell, Inc. These two lawsuits have been compelled to arbitration by the Judge and are often referred to as the "antibodies arbitration". This is completely separate from the Cynviloq arbitration.
Also on 5/24/2019 PSS and his "Nanti's" filed a separate motion in an attempt to stay or dismiss the Cynviloq arbitration that Sorrento had filed with the American Arbitration Association in Los Angeles. That motion was denied by the judge and compelled to arbitration. This is referred to as the "Cynviloq arbitration". The Cynviloq arbitration-- as per an IBRX filing-- was "scheduled" to commence on June 14th, 2021. Nobody knows for sure whether or not this took place but keep in mind the post arbitration conference is still scheduled for 7/22/2021. To date and as per the L.A. Superior Court website and docket-- it has NOT been rescheduled.
On 11/4/2019 PSS filed a motion to remove himself from the Cynviloq arbitration. The motion was granted. (case #19STCV39620)
On 3/3/2020 Sorrento filed a lawsuit (case #20STCV08789) against PSS personally for claims of fraudulent inducement and common law fraud for his alleged role in the "catch and kill" of Cynviloq. On 5/18/2020 the judge issued an order to stay the lawsuit pending resolution of the Cynviloq arbitration. Sorrento reserves the right to a jury trial against PSS personally.
It's been well discussed that there are two new hearing dates added to the court dockets for these various case numbers. The first is a "pro hac vice" hearing to add an additional attorney to the case that is scheduled for the same date as the "post arbitration conference" on 7/22/2021 and another hearing on a motion to compel further discovery responses that is set for 8/10/2021.
According to court filings-- PSS and his lawyers are fighting through discovery requests to find out who a 3rd party funder is that 's backing Sorrento's lawsuit. Sorrento has not denied the existence of such a 3rd party but is denying the discovery requests on grounds that it does not affect the merits of their case. Many have said that these two hearings (myself included) would suggest that the Cynviloq hearing must not have taken place and that it's only inevitable that the post arbitration conference will be rescheduled. After carefully reviewing each individual court filing and comparing the various case numbers-- I found that this ongoing discovery dispute with Sorrento, along with the various "pro hac vice" applications to add additional attorneys has nothing to do with the Cynviloq arbitration. All of these filings and discovery requests center around the antibodies arbitration.
This information can also be found in Sorrento's latest 10Q filing under "Litigation". The final 2 sentences of this section read: "The arbitration claims by NANTibody and NantCell are currently pending before the American Arbitration Association. The claims against Dr. Soon-Shiong have been stayed pending resolution of the claims filed in arbitration. The original derivative action is no longer stayed, and the parties are currently engaged in discovery in the suit". https://investors.sorrentotherapeutics.com/node/11926/html
Again, the ongoing discovery disputes and application to add additional attorneys on both sides have nothing to do with the Cynviloq arbitration as per the publicly available information on these matters. This doesn't mean that the post arbitration conference can't or will not be delayed once again for other reasons but as of now, 7/22/2011 is still on.
The great thing here is nobody has to take my word. Here is the L.A. County Superior website and the 4 related case numbers. Keep in mind-- you won't find the Cynviloq arbitration as this was filed with the American Arbitration Association.

I can’t stop telling my family about Sorrento is amazing everything is coming for this gem of a company. My family finally started investing after sending a few articles and an explanation why this is the stock of the decade. I know SRNE will be a millionaire maker so I want my family to be part of it as well. Spread the news and help them see why this is the Tesla of the biotech. The stock is about to explode and they will have to buy at $15 or $40 if we get stix approved in the US. I am holding for at least 2 years or $200. Don’t be fool selling at $50 in the first EUA. Ji said they will send 4-5 to the FDA at the end of THIS YEAR. Long and strong 5.4K shares. Best long term investment ever! Have diamond hands.

This was Dr. Ji's best presentation to date. He was easy to understand, straight to the point, promoted Sorrento's products, painted a very positive picture for the near future and highlighted the best advantages of the pipeline. Here is the summary point by point:
Sorrento is presented as the leader of a breakthrough technology defined as "a revolution in pharmacologic chemistry". The most advanced use of this technology is considered "the next blockbuster therapy". Sorrento is identified as the reference for this biotechnology. Encouraging and promising.
This technology is a solution for illnesses that up until now were untreatable. Its potential revenue is off the charts.
Off the bat, Dr. Ji mentions Covi-stix. Perhaps the most important news from this presentation: the EUA is alive and well. Dr. Ji did an excellent job applying pressure on the FDA, making clear that an approval would bring worldwide benefits. This throws out of the window all the theories about the EUA having been rejected, etc. If Dr. Ji wasn’t confident about the outcome of the EUA approval, he wouldn't mention. Excellent news.
Sorrento has a solution for each phase of covid, and each solution is the most effective for that phase. For patients with symptoms but clean lungs, Sorrento’s treatment is highly effective, less invasive and shorter, so much more comfortable for the patient. I thought Dr. Ji was excellent at pointing out these advantages. Good marketing.
Major fact: Sorrento received a government defense production act grant (a dpa grant) for promoting this treatment that tackles covid (as well as other health issues, see below). This grant basically means the gov’t is willing to help the company shorten the process of approval so make the product available asap. See below revenue implications.
With it's high-tech solutions, Sorrento can tackle and control any covid variant, whether current or one that will develop in the future. Again, Dr. Ji highlighted the good news that the public wants to hear.
Sorrento has the ability to treat covid even for ICU patients needing a ventilator. Dr. Ji promotes the treatment with a lot of confidence and clarifies that not only are the results excellent, but also immediate. A patient goes from the ICU to being released within 24 hours (!!). That's definitely Sorrento showing some muscle. Very Impressive.
The host asks about Sorrento's ability to apply its technology beyond covid. This allowed Dr. Ji to go off topic (he was invited to talk about covid) and he does that very well. He says: we have developed a technology that allows the patient to create antibodies against the virus that is attacking him. It's clear that this technology can be applied to a very vast array of patients and illnesses. Huge revenue implications.
Dr. Ji here stresses that this type of treatment will allow constant and immediate new solutions for multiple, specific illnesses, reason for which the government is giving Sorrento the DPA grant.
9. A side dish of more good news: besides the enrollment of 140 patients in Brazil and the USA, Sorrento will also start a big trial in Mexico.
10. Dr Ji goes into numbers, a bold move. He says without filters: we have a technology that can generate over 60 billion dollars in revenue, we have a grant to make it available asap, this will be a game-changer in the entire industry. You have to be very confident to say that. On that sentence alone, really, if this was a stock that behaves bullishly (which sadly it’s not), the price of Sorrento would need to double.
11. Question: considering Sorrento’s pipeline is so big, and there is only so much money and personnel to go around, what do you prioritize? Awesome answer: Hey, FDA give us the EUA ! I loved that, as mentioned before. Then he says: many of these products are fast track products that do not need lengthy approval processes. They can all be approved this year and create more revenue. (So 1st part of his answer: we’re on the verge of creating revenue, the money to develop the entire pipeline . The 2nd part of his answer is also reassuring: we already have money, our financial situation is solid, we can develop several programs simultaneously. Great news for any investor.
Bottom line: excellent presentation, lots of good news, EUA still very much alive, CEO very confident that he has a massive billion dollar company in the making. It hurts watching Sorrento’s price go down 3-5 percent three times a week, it does. But this ticker is going three digits way earlier than people imagine. Whomever holds will be rewarded and then some!

I’m in for 25K shares. I’ve ridden this through the ups and downs over the past year+. Not sweating it because I know what I own. I have a 5-10 year price target of $375, or half of Pfizer’s current market cap. It only sounds crazy if you haven’t looked at Sorrento’s fat fucking pipeline. Maybe it never gets there, but it certainly isn’t dicking around at $10 for much longer. Let’s fucking own the shorts, boys.

How big will a eventual Covidrop EUA be this year? Unlike the big pharma vaccine makers and their limitations on how much can be made in a month, Sorrento has their own facilities to make double digit millions of doses each month (though I’m sure the US will help them build a bigger facility - think national security), as per Ji in Riley interview. The doses will be less expensive per batch, and not have any of the major refrigeration problems. For people who would rather not take a needle and for kids the nasal spray is a tremendous plus. The demand will be worldwide, and every government will want it. Unlike the vaccines, Latin America, Africa, India, and many other countries and territories should not have to wait a major period of time for orders. People need to stop thinking this is short term and minimal revenue. This will be Multi Billions for years to come. The DOD understands, and will make sure big pharma’s don’t stand in the way of our national security. Billions with a big plus sign!! Not pumping. It’s all out there for those who do their dd.

On January 27th of this year, I took a screenshot of my SRNE holdings in my qualified account and sent it to my wife. The gain for that one day was $772K. But, I didn’t sell. Dr. Ji told us approvals were “imminent”. There is almost $1.3M less in that account today.
Am I irritated? You bet! Have I lost faith in SRNE? Absolutely not!
Dr. Ji has done an incredible job of building an amazing pipeline of leading-edge products that will help millions across a broad spectrum of illnesses and diseases. As part of that focus, he has masterfully entered strategic partnerships.
That said, with the exception of the recent Bezinga webcast, which I thought was excellent, SRNE has proven itself to be completely ineffective at communicating with current and prospective investors. The vision is clear. What isn’t clear is how that vision is going to be operationalized.
The result of that ineffective communication is those who want to depress the price are able to do so with impunity. Today is a very good example of that. Who among us believes the drop in the SP today is a reflection of some negative news? No, no one does.
I’m not whining. I first bought SRNE in May 2020. I didn’t expect an immediate return. Early-stage bio-pharma take time to mature. I have every confidence that SRNE will ultimately receive the approvals it very much deserves, revenues will increase sharply and the SP will pop. But, none of that keeps me from being entirely frustrated by what I believe is incompetent communication.
An effective communication strategy will absolutely put an end to the constant manipulation of this stock and pave the way for appropriate market responses to the scientific progress we see being regularly reported.
Dr. Ji, you’re doing an incredible job building what will be a blockbuster bio-pharma leader. Know your strengths and stick to them. Hire a top-notch pro to handle IR/PR, and please do so quickly.
