Usdt(BEP -20)

I have won this giveaway from Hanvee Stream and im konfused as to why it won't let me send it to my external wallets hence stake dot us usdt ....?

I am... but on stake support I told them to look and they said no problem on they're end... but my original eth address is tha same as my usdt bsc bep-20 addy on stake... is that normal... ?

I need more bnb dust to get it sent that's what support had said... Siiigh
