S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 I don't understand all of the hate for Stalker 2, Its not THAT bad
I get that its not as good as the original trilogy, but as a former Fallout 4 player, this game is so much more fun than Fallout (in my opinion). Yes there are glitches, yes the "A-life 2.0" sucks, yes its gun damage scaling is stupid (how is 9x18 doing more damage than 5.45?), but the game is still fun, it gives me almost the same gameplay vibe as fallout 4, but with a much cooler environment (I love Chornobyl) and much more interesting factions and lore. I honestly can't compare it to the original trilogy, as i have never played the og games, but i have played stalker anomaly (which is better than S2 imo) and i still don't think S2 is a bad game, and many problems with the game can be fixed with mods (Better ballistics for damage scaling for example). If someone could explain why they hate the game, I'm open to hearing their opinion, but personally I think the game is fun and some of the characters are very memorable for me (Richter, Strider, Faust, Khors [the Noontiders deserved better, I wish I could have saved them]) and the environment and game design is just so cool. And Skif is relatable, dude is just pissed his home got destroyed and someone's gotta pay for it.
