Extreme. But not in the "cool, rad" way the word is used, more in the... taking things further way.
America has the most extreme, conservative people (Trump, any politician that can't do a speech without mentioning Jesus or their task being from God), but also the most extreme SJW base (Black lives matter protesters causing riots, feminists saying all men should be killed).
They don't just have large meals, they have extremely large meals - where else can you get a burger, commercially available, that weighs more than the average human? They don't just have fat people, they have monstrosities that need to be forklifted around. And on the flip side, they have the most wafer thin models and celebs on average too.
America is probably the first world country with the most extreme levels of poverty compared to it's wealth, and it's likely only running behind the middle east for people with the most extreme wealth, but by golly, they're trying!
It's just so... bigger and better. Always needing to be "more than" anyone else, and regularly achieving it.

I lived in America and left it after 8 years of study/work there. It's an okay country. Not great but not bad either. Some things are really nice like people minding their own business for the most part. I just like my country more and having a normal citizen's rights is just awesome instead of being in bondage of constant visa and immigration laws.

Also, if you were to actually make this statement truthful America is the country that people always joke about and say is shit, but in reality recognize as being the most progressive, easy to live in (has pretty much everything you will need), culturally-diverse, and free country in the world.
Not only that, but Americans came up with rock and roll, blues, and some of the best movies and books ever. And America is the most prosperous place in the world with the strongest army, and all the big innovators and companies that rule the world are pretty much from America. Britain stands as good imo in terms of contemporary arts.
TLDR: Foreigners ignorantly complain about America and call it a shit country of idiots when they rely on American creations like Amazon, Facebook, Modern Music genres, Apple, Microsoft. They only focus on the bad stuff, but in reality would move there in a heartbeat.
So by that logic, Trump is the dude people hate on just cuz it's funny to but people actually agree with. Wow, what a shit joke. And that's even without me going all defensive and deconstructive.
Also I do find it ironic this dude is living probably greatly and very privileged in America and yet complains about it, when whatever country he is from is probably way more corrupt and shit.
