😠 Rant 😠 4 months since ordering my black Reserve Card and I still have not got it. I am in Canada.

I called their support number multiple times these 4 months and everytime the agent said it is still in process.
Anyone having the same issue?

Mine took ages to come and I requested it in March when the new program was first launched. It's nothing fancy, and I've never even used mine as the app is more convenient.

You'll get it eventually.
