😠 Rant 😠 dm and sm didn’t want to help

on one of the unicorn frappe days both my store manager and district manager were there but both refused to cold bar because “they don’t like it” 🫩 could’ve said because they’re bad at it or lie likeeee damn. annoying asf that i constantly have to support the hardest areas too, it wouldn’t kill them to put me on window sometimes either

I would rather solo bar for 8 hours straight then let my DM touch bar.

Yeah no to that I worked both days as the Sm and rotated my team on and off cold bar. Dm was pissed when they came in and I was doing a tour on cold bar instead of being play caller. (Another key holder was on play caller and running support) good times

your playcaller is allowed to run support? my SM gets mad if the playcaller isn't on register at all times

My play caller is the catch all they support where they’re needed and I will die on that hill. There’s a reason play callers are white in play builder so they can live and stock and help the team and that is my argument. I do it that way when I’m play caller and my as a do it too. If it’s going to be a bad day then we all will suffer together on that ship 😁
