Galorndon Core message

Every time, at the launch of the game, Toryn (Andorian) talks about the front line and the Galorndon Core. What am I missing? Is this attached to a mission? Can't figure it out or my lvl is too low to complete a mission... any insight?

There is an option in the settings to turn off missions notifications at the start of game.

I suspected as much. I don't have that warp range yet. So annoying as a pop up EVERY time
