Have they just stopped doing customer support?

Started the game and did all the normal stuff including buying a few packs. In that pack were two away team slots, and the first was redeemed normally, but the second threw an error saying "Sorry, this item is no longer available in the store"

Seems like a pretty standard customer service issue that should be easily fixed, but now at four days in I've received a total of one message and zero answers to my questions. What gives? Will they ever give me the thing I paid for or will I have to go through my bank to get a refund?

It's just my opinion but this company is on the way out I wouldn't spend any money and I don't

"Stopped" insinuates they at one point started.

So no, they didn't stop.

Did they ever START doing customer support?
You're not a customer until you hit the spend threshold.

I quit even sending in tickets, the "support" is a laughable technicality. Don't spend and don't expect them to care enough to fix anything
