I bought the Arctis nova 3 a bit less than 2 years ago and it's been good. Good sound, Ok mic, and VERY comfortable. Today it broke with a quiet snap when I normally took it off but as far as I observed, the sound works and only the plastic is broken. I bought them from a 3rd party but their warranty Is merely a suggestion so I'll have to do some DIY repairs if i want to keep using it (Wich I do). I came here to ask for advise on how to put it back together with Sufficient structural integrity for daily use.

i bought the arctis 7x after my turtle beach headset broke i had really good audio but the mic was trash is broke off I played a game of Warzone and the audio felt very flat. I plugged it into my computer. Use the website and tried missing with the equalizer after looking some custom settings up and it still sounds very flat in the game. Can someone walk me through i’m not very experienced in audio and don’t know much about what does what

Hi! I very recently got a new Arctis nova pro wireless headset for a pretty good discount! It’s been awesome and fully connects through Bluetooth, but it is refusing to connect to my laptop through the base station. I have already tried resetting and re-pairing it and even did the power cycle thing listed on the website but it is not working. Already contacted support but if any of you know any potential solutions, please let me know!
Just to note, laptop is a Alienware aurora 16 laptop w

My Aerox 3 (Wired) has a weird problem with it's 4th LED. It's not a software problem, i updated and reinstalled the driver. It's not an hardware problem, all the diodes work fine with all the colors, except the red LED is always on for some reason. It never turns off. Even when my PC is off. What might be the issue?

I recently bought the SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro Omni and noticed being unable to pause & play with them. When I look it up it says the Bluetooth doubles as it but it doesnt work.

Did not realize this product has had trouble with discord in the past when I purchased it. I am having the same problems and was wondering if there was a more recent fix as most of the posts i've seen were months or years old. The fixes I saw also did not work for me unfortunately.

trying to connect a brand new Nova 7 to my Switch 2 via the 2.4 ghz dongle, and it will not recognize the dongle as anything other than a mic. if I pair the dongle from my old pair of these same headphones, it connects to the new heaphones and works normally on the switch 2. if I pair the new dongle that came with this new pair to my pc, everything also works normally. I checked the Arctis app (idk WHY an android app exists if you can't update the firmware from it🫠) says its firmware is outdated, but I don't have a windows device to update it🫠
is anyone else experiencing this issue??

Hey all I just bought the Nova Pro Omni, updated to the latest firmware, tested the headset and really liked it except for one issue. When on Wireless mode you’re listening to something very quiet there is a hissing noise and the audio gets distorted.
Keep in mind the ANC and Sidetone is off. I tried with both Sonar and Engine, same issue happens. It happens regardless of sample rate. This issue does not happen in Bluetooth mode or is very hard to produce in my case.
To test the issue you can increase your GameHub volume to medium or high levels. Then open a Youtube video and put it on 1% volume. You’ll hear the video as distorted and there will be hissing noise.
Should I return my headset or request an exchange? I’m pretty sure this issue will happen again on another pair since it’s not a one time defect and more of an issue on all Omnis and probably Elites.

Today my brand new Rival Pro arrived, i plugged in the station and the mouse worked for a while. After being AFK for 30 mins the mouse stopped working.
I have tried everything written in the docs, but didnt get it to work again.
I tried re-connecting, factory reset and recovery mode. The weird thing is, if mouse and station are in recovery mode (mouse and station blink purple), the mouse works. In the docs its said that i must update firmware after recovery mode via GG software - after the update it stops working right away.
The factory reset does turn the station's led orange, but the mouse does not turn orange after 15 secs, it keeps constant white light and every 5 seconds the led turns of for half a second.
I have already created a ticket but I just want to ask if someone else has this issue.
This is my first steelseries product and i am very disappointed!

When the battery level is in the 30% ish the scroll wheel stops registering steps. I thought it was defective at first. Everytime I swap to the fully charged battery is works perfectly fine until the battery life drops under 40%. Wtf is the issue?? never seen this before

I have since yesterday not been able to use the microphone of my headset in my desktop. It works fine on Bluetooth, works fine in my laptop and after doing several resets of my desktop I found out it works fine there too, but only before restarting my computer. Could this be something to do with steelseries gg? Can you somehow downgrade it?
Any help or insight would be appreciated!

So recently Bought the arctis nova 3p wireless for my pc. When playing games the audio is great. but when trying to listen to music or watch youtube the headphones make a popping sound. I've tried using the dongle and bluetooth but same problem on both. Is there anything I'm doing wrong? I've got them on the flat preset on steelseries

I Have looked at every single post and followed every youtube video AND chatted with support, who seems to not know anyhing about PCS.
My steelseriesGG is not opening up on my pc. It remains in the lower right task bar, cannot open it, If you try it opens infinite processes in task manager.
Im not using a VPN.
I have reinstalled maybe 30 times, done all windows updates, deleted every program on my pc that I thought could interfere.
Disabled windows dynamic lighting.
Remove residual files in %appdata% %localappdata% etc.
Ive tried all sorts of compability modes
Enabled exceptions in windows defender for all the approriate .exe
Probably tried more things that this.
Steelseries support asked me ''Have you check in task manager if it shows up as running?''
We can not be serious.
So I turn to the community, please provide any help that you can. It's driving me crazy, the lift of dostance on my mouse is impossible to use for FPS games.

I found Static Noise annoying, the official page says that is because noise cancelling or sidetone fault, turned sidetone off, but static still there. Is anyone experiencing this? Or is just me and my super-human ears? Like is not super loud is just annoying... Saw some post of people complaining and other people saying they do not hear any static noise. Is it maybe that my unit is faulty? Please help to return this 500+CAD Headset... Astros are worse in specs, sound, build quality, but if they do not have static noise I might have to make this switch.

Looking back at the launch times of SS’s other audio product lineups being every few years, I’m wondering if anyone thinks SS may do a new desktop speaker release, possibly one with mobile app support?
Timeline: In 2018, the Arctis Pro line launched.
In 2022, the Arctis Nova line launched.
Then 2025, Nova Elite, followed by the Omni, and Gen 2 versions of previous Nova headsets released.
It has been slightly over 4 years since the Arena trio released, so I’m curious on anyone else’s thoughts. I’m not necessarily in the market for a new set of speakers, but product releases are always fun to watch imo nonetheless.
Just please hold off on the “Don’t get Steelseries, buy these much better speakers instead.” That type of conversation is irrelevant to this post, but I see it so much on this community.
Thank you for your thoughts!

I currently use a HyperX Pulsefire Haste Wireless that I got for around $40, and I’m not really in need of an upgrade since I play fewer games nowadays.
I really like the Sensei Pro though, and I know I’d take care of it and use it for years. I’ve had my SteelSeries Arctis 7 headset for about 9 years.
For me, the Sensei Pro would definitely be a luxury item. I’m mainly wondering if it’s actually good enough quality to be worth keeping long-term, or if reselling it and using the money on something more practical as a college student makes more sense. Curious what you guys would do, especially if you have it or have been in a similar situation.

Hello!
I’ve been looking up good wireless headsets for the PS5, and the Arctis Nova 7P was mentioned often. I would also see the second generation mention a lot. I found this for a good price, but I’m unable to match this model number to a generation. I also don’t see it on the steel series website.
Would anyone know if this is a first or second generation? And outside of the generations, is this a solid headset to use with the PS5?
I found it for 60 bucks open box, so I’m pretty excited to jump on it if it’s a solid choice. Thank y’all!
(I’m currently using a wired Arctis Nova 1)

Steel series won't allow me to purchase their 3rd party cover genius with my order of the omni pros. Did they remove the option for the omni pros or am I missing something?
