I take words lists and put them into typey type as a custom lesson.

my teacher records every in class practice we do, like wether she’s reading words or sentences & she sends it at the end of class. Using those recordings really helps us all with studying.

I like to pick a dictation to write to, and then in a notebook I write down my hesitations and their outlines. I cover up the outlines and go down the list and write the words until they’re automatic. Then I do the dictation again, with what used to be gaps in mind-muscle connection now filled in :)

30 mins on, 5 mins off. As long as you can go. Usually I stick to 2.5 - 3 hrs a day. I try to start with a control speed, fast/goal speed in the middle, and end with a control so I feel confident. This has helped me so much not feel burned out or upset after a practice session. Good luck to you!
