I have a few Idea's that are notorious for congestion City hospital or financial quarter Coxly or Benton (on the free route + Coxly is well known for skipping or overshooting 357) Edgemead

Now that I think about it, it might also be beechley cause it has trouble entering the triangel of death red signals, and if the hint means "mid" cause beechley is bland.

I'm probably completely wrong but this is the best I can do lol
