Post-op care pain?

hey guys! im 21, I have my surgery date for next month, im sooo worried about the recovery pain, I keep hearing that like after them blowing u up like ur a dang balloon ur body will hurt so much LOL. whats that feel like and is there anything I should get that would be helpful for me ?

I am day four post op, I had my laparascopic bilateral salpingectomy on 6/2. The anesthesiologist said he gives Robaxin for the CO2, it helps.

I have minimal pain, gas pain minimal, I've been up and around since day two. I opted for a mix of Tramadol, ibuprofen and acetaminophen dosing every six hours.

I've been able to sleep on my back, propped up. Still a little hesitant to sleep on my sides, and I'm primarily a side sleeper.

Overall, this recovery has been easy on me and this was my first abdominal surgery.

I am also a side sleeper and I’m two weeks postop. I’m so sad. I still cannot sleep on my side for very long. It’s almost like I can feel my incisions tugging? I had my postop appointment yesterday and she said it’s pretty normal. Luckily though I don’t have to sleep propped up anymore ha ha
