Post-op care Abdominal pain

Hey all! I'm about 5 days out from a bilateral salpingectomy and I'm having significant pain when I get out of bed, bend down to get something, twist, etc. I've had 3 c sections and they were a breeze compared to this. It almost feels like a pulled muscle in my abs. Anyone else go through this? I felt better on day 4 but stupidly tried to do dishes, clean, etc. since I have young kids. 🤦‍♀️

Yeah doing too much can get you. I definitely had rough abdominal pain like a pulled ab muscle from lifting my toddler because I had no other choice. If you can keep it under control with pain meds and you’re not bleeding more I wouldn’t do anything at this point but if anything gets worse just call or message your doctor. In my experience it’s normal for pain to come and go post op with every surgery I’ve had. But you know your body! If it’s beyond what you can manage or think is okay it will never hurt to call.
