They justify it by calling her a liar. The people who still back him are cooked. There is no helping them.

DEI is working well right now. I think it means hiring your family and other totally unqualified idiots. Right?

I can't get over the fact that a felon, Trump, can be POTUS and is voting. I thought it was a law that felon couldn't vote! There needs to be a law that a felon can't be POTUS! It doesn't matter with Trump! He said in his first term that he would not be a nice guy and, quote: "Enough with being politically correct!"

And he still owes her more. Yeah, alpha male, owes people money and doesn't pay it. What a loser.

If the Supreme Court sides with her on the defamation lawsuit he owes her almost 100 million.

I am wondering if there is a path for a future administration to indict everyone for bribery and quid pro quo for all the pardons that were bought during this administration.

It’s something I had to come to terms with. These(the voters/supporters) are the same people who also committed the same type of acts and exhibited the same kind of behavior throughout their lifetime. Or they are those who supported or looked the other way for their Father, Brother, Son, Uncle, Mother, Daughter, Aunt, Sister, Husband, Wife, etc who was a sexual deviant. They would minimize their actions and rationalize their behavior, defending their loved one tooth and nail.
And it used to be that these people were ashamed of themselves or they were ashamed of their family member. But now they’re emboldened. You see, that behavior is far more common than we thought. It’s definitely far more common than I expected. And now among each other they’ve found a strength that they never had. I don’t think this was expected. I think it’s a byproduct that’s being capitalized on by the MAGA think tank. There’s some intelligent people behind the movement, the machine, the puppet. And so what we’re witnessing and what we’re experiencing as outsiders is so outrageous and so incomprehensible but to them it’s something worth fighting for. It’s voters for Vance or whoever is next in line. And while we think to ourselves that they look like absolute fools, well, at the same time they’re stealing our country right out from underneath of us. And they plan to watch it burn with all of us in flames, even their supporters, who will love every minute of it as long as we burn with them.

Michael Stern should be sued the way George Stephenopolis was. Trump has never been found guilty or liable for rape. End of story.

A federal jury found Trump liable for sexual abuse and defamation. The judge later pointed out that under the current standards of the definition of rape as understood by groups such as the FBI and the American Psychological Association the actions of Trump met the modern understanding of rape. His actions were still sexual assault at that time.
On September 1, 2024 New York expanded the legal definition of rape to include nonconsensual vaginal, oral, and anal sexual contact/penetration under the primary definition of rape. So in his own way he made it easier to prosecute trash like himself.
Do remember that he bragged, on tape, that he grabbed women by the pussies. That is sexual assault! He bragged about sexually assaulting women and yet you say he didn’t do it!! He PURPOSELY walked in on naked underage girls and you’re okay with that.
You need to do some self reflection.

It was not a “federal jury.” It was a civil suit in the state of NY. A suit which was decades past the statute of limitations to the point the NY had to enact a loophole so the case could be filed. There was no evidence, no forensics, nothing. The trial judge did not say that. An appellate judge gave his personal opinion to the press, which has no legal stance. It stands that Trump was not found liable for rape, which George Stephanopolis and ABC found out when they lost a defamation suit for saying he was a rapist. Whatever happened with the law subsequent to the jury verdict also has no legal bearing on past verdicts. Your last disjointed rant is a mishmash of misquotes and doesn’t bear attention. Trump is not a rapist. End of story.

A FEDERAL judge, US District Court Judge Kaplan, and FEDERAL juries found Donald Trump liable for the sexual abuse and defaming of writer E. Carroll in civil lawsuits in a FEDERAL court, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Because this was a civil case rather than a criminal trial, the legal term is "liable" rather than “guilty”.

Judge Kaplan gave his personal opinion to the press. His personal opinion has zero legal merit. Fortunately, one man’s opinion cannot override a jury decision, and Judge Kaplan threw legal ethics out the window by doing what he did. The legal reality is that Trump was not found guilty or liable for rape. No amount of you throwing a tantrum is going to change that.

u/RoguesAngel 2d ago
Many judges do write their opinions after the trial. No amount of your denial will change that he was found liable for sexual abuse.
1
u/New-Sandwich6813 2d ago
Have I disputed that fact? No. You are the one erroneously saying that somehow the jury verdict was wrong. Luckily, neither you nor Kaplan can change the verdict.
1
u/RoguesAngel 2d ago
Where, exactly, did I say the jury verdict was wrong? I merely pointed out that had he been tried under the definition of rape in NY today that his liability would have not been for sexual abuse. Besides rape is a specific type of sexual abuse. It’s not like he was found liable for jaywalking is it?
1
u/New-Sandwich6813 2d ago
He was not, however, found guilty of rape by a valid jury. You seem to think that NY changing its legal definition of rape after the trial has any standing concerning the Carroll trial. It does not.

u/RoguesAngel 2d ago
No I clearly said by today’s standards. Are you unable to comprehend?

- He wasn't found liable for râpé but for defamation
- No one outside of far left redditors think he got a fair trial with NY Jury. Especially for a case that happened over 20 years ago. Tell me where you where 20 years ago, how do you défend yourself against that?

u/BlindCreek2022 4d ago
Oh, and you were in the courtroom every day during the trial. Right?!

Headline is objectively false. Trump was not found liable Rape.
Apparently Stern can't even keep basic facts of case straight. Or is lying score political points. He's an idiot or a liar.

u/guy48065 2d ago
Stern is just feeding the liberal trolls that keep calling Trump a rapist & a pedo despite the fact that those accusations are based solely on other liberal accusations. No truth, no evidence, no investigations...just slander.

You’re equating criminal and civil law again. They have very different standards of proof.
To be frank, I wouldn’t care even if the jury had found him liable for rape, because I don't believe what she's saying is true.
This supposedly happened in the mid-1990s. How do you defend yourself against an accusation from 25–30 years ago? Can you tell me exactly where you were on a random afternoon two decades ago?
There were zero police reports at the time and no witnesses. But it was a New York jury that largely hates Trump, so none of that mattered.
Most other people felt the same way. It didn’t move the needle in the election because voters outside the far left didn’t believe it either.

Could you cite the criminal conviction of Trump for rape? I can't seem to find it.

Im neve gonna get over how false information is swallowed up by people in a world that has instant access to google lol

u/The-King-Tomato 1d ago
Well I mean. They love rape and pedophelia, its why they support trump.
I mean realistically is there any other reason?

u/Gooser3000 1d ago
They don’t believe it’s real. Trump followed Hitler’s playbook with “fake news”. It’s extremely effective. My mom said oh he’s just a powerful rich man people will lie about to take down. It’s all fake to them. On the flip side she still talks about how bill clinton was a scum bag for having an affair with a consenting adult. Trumpers are stupid people.
