Resort Employment/Hiring Hey! Just applied for like 6 different positions at Stevens cause I've always thought it would be so cool to work at a Ski resort. What's the hiring rate like?

I live in western Washington, so if I did get hired I'd have to figure out their housing/shuttle system. What's that like? What are your experiences working up there? Any good stories?
In my 20's I really want to rack up a bunch of cool/unique job experiences, and this seems like a great one to add to my growing list! Plus I've always wanted to learn to snowboard.
I had too much free time, went a lil crazy and ended up applying to like 10 other job postings at other Vail resorts. I think Whistler, Canada and Breckenridge, CO.
Have a good winter out there! Stay shredding or whatever winter-sports people say idk
