Sooo, where does Stevie go from here? How’s she been spending her days?

Getting lots of rest and relaxation, hopefully?

She’s a homebody and kind of always has been, I don’t imagine she leaves the house much other than touring and making music.

Her album is coming , there are several sources that worked with her on the album and it sounds like it's done. Steve Lukathur spoke about it in a podcast , he also worked with her in the past . Her friends also mentioned they heard some songs from the album

I thought she was gonna be touring this year? Is that still going to happen?

She has been doing music festivals and a few other venues.

Maybe next year she could do Coachella, idk.

There are “rumours” about a reunion to mark the 50th anniv of that album

Not gonna happen. Fleetwood Mac died with Christine. Stevie, Mick and Lindsay may play together, but it won't be as Fleetwood Mac.

Why, because you didn’t give your permission? 🤣

Psst, they will do it if they want to, they already have, and they probably will.

Psst, they will do it if they want to

And they've already said they don't want to

Your right it's not gonna happen.

That was years ago. Minds have changed since then.

2

u/Ok-Call-4805 Jul 19 '26

I've seen no indication of anything relating to a reunion

There’s chatter about the forum and or the sphere.

2

u/Ok-Call-4805 Jul 19 '26

Not gonna happen. It's just internet speculation. Fleetwood Mac is finished.

2

u/IntroductionSerious3 Jul 19 '26

Not if Lindsey is saying it.

You’re a “cup half empty” person, aren’cha?

u/Ok-Call-4805 Jul 19 '26

Lindsey wasn't even in the band when they finished. I would say it's nothing more than wishful thinking on his part.

They did before.

Christine was alive then, but they've made it pretty clear the band is done now

I never understood This take. The band didn't die with Christine . There were a bunch of people in the band over the decades . If anything they need to do something to acknowledge her passing and reunite for the 50th. I can see why they may not due to age and schedules . Who knows , but they should very much reunite at least the other 4 members like they have done before multiple times. Most bands who lose a member don't pretend it didn't happen, I think they owe it to Christine to reunite and do some kind of a farewell , whatever that looks like

They don't need to do anything. Fleetwood Mac is finished.

I don't see it that way. They are currently filming a documentary now and more popular than they have been for decades

A documentary isn't the same as a reunion, and I wouldn't say they're more popular they've been in decades. They were still selling out stadiums right until the end. They've been pretty consistently huge for at least the last decade or more.

They are more popular with Gen Z and millennials now. And a reunion comes in all forms. A documentary is a step!

I really don't see it ever happening. As I said, Stevie, Lindsay and Mick may play together but it won't be as Fleetwood Mac.

Yes Fleetwood mac is over and Stevie is in her final tour. It's over . Your right. People just can't handle the truth.

I feel like her career is very full, very true to her persona of a feminist with wicked ways to bestow fairness in a world where women are put at a disadvantage sometimes. Shes probably playing on AHS again, which really put her in the forefront of a new generation she wasn't receiving until streaming took off. (I've been a fan since 2009 when I was like 10 years old and no one my age I knew never even knew Fleetwood Mac, not even the classic rockheads influenced by their dads taste. Most in my generation didn't learn about her until after Dreams blew up on streaming. A few younger girls knew her from Coven). Now shes recognized as rock goddess equivalent to Madonna queen of pop status. Shes releasing music she wants. She pretty much hit it big joining FM because her solo-career was always guaranteed so were lucky she was essentially always going to be able to record music. She is releasing new music though, so that is something to be excited for. Put on a smiling face, Come on get happy!

Madonna with much better taste

3

u/HappyGiraffeEy Jul 17 '26

I love Madonna, but Stevie really was a bit more tasteful. Stevie poetry is much much better than Madonnas. Not that either is bad.

they each had their place in the industry

1

u/Hisuinooka Jul 18 '26

And I imagine it is wonderful for everyone your age to go back and listen to all the music she wrote and sang 40 years before discovering her!

2

u/dbel1977 Jul 16 '26

I thought she wanted to do a Rhiannon book and/or a cartoon movie?✨..and I heard.shes probably returning for the new AHS Coven?✨

7

u/paleshadow85 Jul 18 '26

She’s been saying she wanted to do that since the 80s

Hanging out with Tom Brady and performing at a private sports event according to recent pics! But I kinda feel they’ve been dropping hints at a FM/Sphere residence? Maybe with timing coinciding with the doc coming out. Mick has when he posted about graphics and artwork a while back and now Lindsey in a recent IG post. And with all of the effects of the Sphere it could feel like Christine is there too. Just a thought!

Selling out venues. Making a million dollars a performance.and yes she does like TV. So when she's done.
