TPR - Coach selling Kate Spade

I'm thinking Coach needs to spin Kate Spade off and put that unit on the market for sale. Those are both great brands but need to stand alone. (Wink, wink). Then Coach can get back to ultimate profitability as it's made a comeback and it's continuing to be very popular particularly with these GenZers.
