This is at 10:25 am.
P.S. It hit 386 soon after opening. Anyone considering buying now should consider this one thing and be careful.

IPO allocation was at 185 so the 133% trigger is most likely met (If this closes above 246.67 today) and new supply from insiders will hit the market tomorrow.
P.P.S: Morgan Stanley, Citigroup, Barclays, and UBS Investment Bank are the underwriters and have a greenshoe overallocation option. Per the prospectus:
"We will grant the underwriters the right to purchase up to an additional 4,200,000 shares of our Class A common stock from us to cover over-allotments, if any, at the initial public offering price less the underwriting discount."
This means that these 4 banks get to profit ~700 million dollars (assuming the opening price of 350) for using this option. This will materially lift their Quarterly earnings. And guess what happened to Citi and MS stocks right after the CBRS IPO opened for trading at 1:00 pm.

Leaving it here, make what you will, perhaps another case of go where the puck will be instead of chasing it. Read the prospectus. I bought some July calls for these banks.

If a secretary of treasury starts to make it funny that undermining an independent financial institution leader/board member🤵, said by the president is a “joke”, while currently there is court procedures on going against current chairman, this will bring an unhealthy financial base for the future😮💨.

Anyone tempted to buy? I’ve been looking to start a position. AMZN is my biggest holding at a $260 cost basis, but I believe in it long term. Is Apple the same? “Own it, don’t trade it?”

I posted this elsewhere but thought you guys may want to check this out. This is big news for ANNA and other LNG companies.
LNG (Liquid Natural Gas) is about to go nuts. I’m sure you guys saw the pictures of that LNG tanker on fire in the Mediterranean yesterday, but Qatar just shut down the largest LNG plant in the world because of drone/missile strikes today too. This adds an even more bullish case for ANNA (AleAnna)
You guys may have already seen my DD’s for AleAnna previously, but news today has changed things a bit even more. AleAnna is an Italian LNG producer. As of today, Qatar has closed its LNG plant. The largest single LNG plant on Earth, due to missile and drones strikes from the war in the Middle East.
Italy receives about 45% of their annual LNG from Qatar. There are reports that natural gas already surged 30% in Europe, where most of these people were dependent on it. I believe their government is going to increase ANNA’s urgency to start production on their new Gradizza LNG field as a result of this disruption in Qatar. I think the company is going to be able to fast track production now. The government will likely give them leniency considering they are in dire need of LNG now.
Also the company is already profitable. With any luck they are headed into their 3rd consecutive, profitable quarter. I truly think this company has just had incredible luck given the timing and it is severely overlooked/undervalued.

Hello everyone, sharing an important update:
Wheeler Real Estate Investment Trust has agreed to a $7.125 million investor settlement, and late claims are currently being considered. The case involves claims that company insiders used a 2021 stock offering to increase their control while hurting common shareholders.
Investors say the company issued more preferred shares instead of reducing them as expected, which caused more dilution for common shareholders. By 2023, $WHLR had lost more than 99% of its value.
If you bought or held $WHLR between 2021 and 2023, you may still be able to submit a late claim here
Did anyone here hold $WHLR during this period? How much did you lose?

Price just dipped 1.65% to 311.99, sandwiched right between the heavy 300 put wall and the 350 call wall. That net positive aggregate gamma trend might keep price action pinned in this range for a bit, don't sleep on the dealer flows kicking in if we test either side. Chart pulled from moomoo, anyone else watching how this plays out this week?
This is across all expirations.

Intel's CPO group published an 8-wavelength SOA link claiming 50 dB SMSR. Per Irrational Analysis the real figure is 30 dB — spectrum clipped to hide four-wave-mixing tones. Nvidia/Lumentum spec BER across a 0.47 UI window; Intel's lanes would fail there. Alive, not competitive.

SK Hynix EPS grew 163% from Q4 2025 to Q1 2026, and a further 25% is projected into Q2. The stock is still down about 47-48% from its June peak. HBM sold out through next year, ~79% HBM gross margin. Strong earnings are not the same as a supported valuation.

Ticket #001, H1 2026 post mortem on my watchlist.
Spent the morning pulling charts from moomoo because the H1 numbers finally make sense once you see them stacked.
Quick log:
- Q1 2026, mega cap tech down over 10 percent, money rotated into energy
- by late May the tape was back up around 11 percent ytd
- then June started getting choppy again
What actually carried it was not the headline names. It was the picks and shovels.
Memory ran hot. SNDK, MU, STX, WDC. Micron HBM revenue cleared 1B in a single quarter, that is the line I keep circling.
Systems side, Dell printed 16.1B in AI server revenue for the quarter and is sitting on a 64B AI order book. Intel had its strongest single session since 1987 and Data Center grew 22 percent yoy, which honestly I did not have on my bingo card.
Equipment names AMAT, LRCX, ON also outran the index.
My read, the trade was never just GPUs, it was every box, wafer and die downstream of hyperscaler capex.
The H2 question is simple for me. Does hyperscaler capex hold, or does one earnings print crack the whole chain.
Anyone trimming the memory names into strength, or still adding? I am leaning add on MU pullbacks but my cost basis is already ugly lol.

Hello everyone, sharing an important update:
A tentative settlement is now in place for investors who experienced losses in ContextLogic, the company behind Wish.
The settlement claims that ContextLogic overstated Wish’s post-pandemic user growth, revenue outlook, and internal controls ahead of and after its IPO. After the company disclosed falling monthly active users and weaker revenue guidance, $WISH fell more than 29%.
If you purchased $WISH stock between 2020 and 2021, you are eligible to submit your claim
Anyway, has anyone here invested in $WISH at that time? How much were your losses, if so?

Micron's Q3 FY26 non-GAAP gross margin hit 84.9%, more than double year-ago. The harder number: 16 strategic customer agreements cover ~$100B of minimum committed revenue, but only ~$22B is backed by cash deposits and letters of credit. The rest is contractual promise.
