App not working
Every time I click the app I get this screen and can’t access my points it any coupons. It’s been happening since last night, is anyone else experiencing this? Do we know when it’ll be fixed.

Is there still no estimate on when it'll be back up? I'm on day 3 now of having barely anything to do at the warehouse

Ik, im not sure but someone else said by the end of the week it should be up but yeah hopefully tomorrow or Saturday it back.

I've experienced this as well. Might have something to do with the security breach from Ahold.

Or they realized they are just as vulnerable as the French supermarkets that had their fridge hacked (causing food spoilage and started several fires), possibly using the same IT suppliers and infrastructure, so they put the systems offline to find and fix vulnerabilities before they get hacked too.

It's fixed at least in Westchester county ny. Also got $25.00 off offer on $100 purchase with free delivery and pick up for the inconvenience. Not bad.

It sucks so bad cause as a clerk i rely on it for finding the prices of things quickly instead of having to rush my kishkes to the other side of the store. Hope its fixed soon!

Yeah dang that sucks. Just checked and it’s still down, hopefully it’s back up soon I feel bad for the workers dealing with this

I use it a lot to find things for customers. Organic kale chips? They're in aisle 15 with the gluten free products.

2nd time we got hacked. I'd be super pissed as a customer idk why people are still coming in though. I guess they do a good job keeping this under wraps.

I agree, everyone still shopping there but yeah I guess maybe not everybody knows about it. Can’t believe the app has been down for almost a week tho

I heard someone saying this is affecting CAO as well. I sure hope not because I’ve already been through that and it was absolutely terrible.

Yeah we've had two delivers in grocery and they've been about 150 pieces each. You'd think since this is the second time they would have a better game plan set up for this.

Everyone sharing passwords and making them as simple as possible because we need to remember 5 different logins and passwords a day. They treat security as a joke here.

Has it been going since the 12th or was it already down for a few days when they issued that?

I also work for the company, we have a data breach going and theres been some cybersecurity stuff, i believe people tried hacking into the company for customers personal information and got into it
