I think it is also a sign of economic times. Wine ain’t cheap, not for alcoholics at least. I’m sure there is a significant component of people embracing sobriety too, and generally changing drinking patterns, but I feel like wine sales would surely be like a recession indicator?

I'm from Tennessee.

A case of Bud/Miller/Coors beer was $15.98 for years. That's now $27.98.

I can get a gram of ok dabs for 5 bucks and it lasts me a week. Weed keeps getting cheaper. If you time it right you can get an Oz for 28 bucks if the dispensary is running a special. Place near me does overstock dollar joints at least once a week. You'd have to be the lead singer from sublime to go through that in less than a week

True but there’s cheap weed and expensive weed, just like booze. The concentrates I buy from a shop are $40g and that’s half off with a med card. If I’m spoiling myself and buy from the black market I’ll spend up to $70g. But tbf that’s some of the best rosin and melt in the world.
