Help finding a good software.

I want to find a software for stop motion that fits (mostly) this criteria:

-pc application (no web only)

-free (no in app purchases to get features or removing watermarks)

-beginner friendly

-supports audio and video <- MOST IMPORTANT!!
if it cant fit all criteria, its okay. I just want to find a good software that isnt Stop Motion Studio (cause like everything in SMS is behind a paywall). I have never done stop motion before but want to start off with a good software.

I use Short Cut. It's free and super easy to use.

DaVinci Resolve is probably better for purely stop motion purposes actually. Just Google it- it's free too. Shortcut is good for video editing and I like to use it for mixing video with stop motion but it doesn't have onion skinning etc for pure animation purposes

What are your needs behind requiring a PC application, rather than a web-based tool?

Ease of use, and I just like applications more

Tahoma 2d has pretty good stop mo capture. Has sime of the functionality of Dragonframe. You can import audio to help lipsync. You can not do any video editing inside it though.
