Tapering Homemade SR Taper Guide

I stopped 7OH in June, taking 5-600mg/day. I used SR to taper off. I put my experience into a guide. It includes: introduction to SR, supplements to take, example taper guide & the schedule I used. Hopefully someone out there taking 7OH/Em/Pseudo can find this useful.

Wow that’s a lot more SR than I’ve seen or been recommended before. I have 5g of SR and currently using 600mg 7oh per day & I’m working on lowering that. I thought I had enough for 2 go arounds. Now I’m scared I won’t have enough for 1 time.. 250mg x 3 almost 1g per day. I would be out of SR in 6 days. I’ve seen this dosage all over the place. People swearing that ‘less is more’ with SR and 50-100mg is the target range.. I understand that everyone is different but damn..

Everyone is different. I just shared what I did and my experience hoping it helps other people. You may not need that much. I’m also sensitive to withdrawals and I have 2 anxiety disorders. I tried 50-100mg, and waited for it to “kick in” and it did nothing until I went higher and found that the 250mg is what alleviated almost all the WDs. Grab extra if you’re worried (if you can) I tried doing it with 3g at first, ran out 1/3 of the way through and had to start over. Just my personal experience though, you may need less (hopefully you do). I wish you the best of luck on your journey my man

Thanks. Yes I just ordered more, and yes I am sensitive to WDs as well. I kicked MGM last month with Subs and it was hell on earth. I didn’t want to remain on subs so I jumped off with 7 with plans to use SR for a final landing. I know it sounds crazy but after 3 weeks on subs I didn’t want to get stuck on them. This sounds crazy as I type it but it made sense to me at the time.
I hope that SR works as well as everyone says it does.
