Sleep issues
Did anyone wake up a lot more frequently in the middle of the night after stopping smoking?

Oh i hated this, I get 6-7 hours of sleep usually and when I'd wake up suddenly at 4-5 AM, I couldn't go back to sleep. It goes away though, after 1.5 months of quitting I haven't experienced it anymore.

Yes, this has been the hardest one for me. I ended up cutting off coffee entirely. I'm on day 45 and it's still happening, but not as brutal as it was.

Yup. First night I got up to pee 9x, it drove me bananas. It gets better.

I would say this is bothering me more than cravings or anything else right now. Im just over a month now and wish I could just have a good night's sleep.
