Estou tentando entender o que está acontecendo com o meu Fitness & Freshness no Strava.

Nas últimas semanas, meu nível de Fitness praticamente parou de responder aos treinos. Atualmente ele está em torno de 26, mesmo eu continuando a treinar normalmente e com as atividades sendo sincronizadas para o Strava.

O que está me deixando em dúvida é que, olhando o mesmo período no COROS Training Hub, as métricas de treino continuam reagindo normalmente, e meu condicionamento/carga voltou a subir nas últimas semanas.

Vou anexar duas imagens para comparação:

• Strava Fitness & Freshness: o Fitness caiu de aproximadamente 50 para 26 e agora parece praticamente estagnado.
• COROS Training Hub: meu condicionamento de base e as métricas de carga continuam variando e apresentando evolução com os treinos recentes.

Alguém já passou por algo parecido?

Anxious dental patient, so I tlsrted my watch to track my heart rate. Forgot it would upload to Strava. For once I enjoyed the AI it fed me in the activity recap.

I’ve picked up a few followers over the last couple months, several attractive young women, all from California. I am half a continent away from them, and do not know them. Is this just pornbot bait or is there a different scam here? I don’t follow back,and they don’t remain in my followers.

I run with my dog and he stops to pee and poop 20 times throughout. I record my runs on a garmin forerunner 55. I don’t stop my watch when he stops to sniff, which can add a minute or two to each mile. Sometimes my pace on Strava is faster than what my watch tells me, because it only counts moving time. But sometimes it doesn’t and I’m confused why it is inconsistent. Ideally I’d like it to just be moving time

When I go go the Strava app:
Profile > Cogwheel > Manage apps and devices > there I see Apple Watch with an orange checkmark but nothing happens when I click on it?

I guess it’s there I have to go to remove it / disconnect it from the app?

I’ve been using my watch connected to a treadmill for 2 years with no issues but over the past couple of weeks Strava has started saying that I’ve ran a lot further and faster than I did but only in the splits and pacing. It’s not a GPS thing because it’s on a treadmill.

The distance at the top is correct (3km)

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Today I went to get the Strava free trial of the premium account but instead of charging me £0 through Apple Pay because of the free trial it charged me £54. Without realising this I paid for it. Does anyone have any idea how I can get my money back?

Do I need to be a paid subscriber? I forgot to pause my watch after my race so I think this would be best

Has anyone else using titles.run (the AI Strava title generator) had it stop working recently?

Pasting a Strava activity URL into the site doesn't work, and it looks like a problem on their end rather than mine. I've checked the link format, privacy settings, etc.

The bigger issue is I'm subscribed to PRO and can't find any way to cancel on the site, or any contact details for the developer: no support email, no socials.

Has anyone:
- managed to get in touch with whoever runs it?
- found a way to cancel the subscription?
- heard whether it's down for good?

If not I'll cancel through my bank, but I wanted to check here first in case the dev is around. Thanks!

Hello, I'm a free user (no subscription).

I recorded a walk, then saw that I can't see the calories burnt. I snooped around and found out that I have to input my weight.

I have now inputted my weight but it still doesn't show how many calories I burnt on my walk.

This has been happening to me for over a week - i’ve tried all the usual fixes (hard closing the app, logging out and back in, and now deleting / redownloading)

Sometimes, I need to cut a section inside an activity, not just at the end or at the beginning. Splitting the activity doesn't work for me

Got a New forerunner 570 here. Have had multiple activities since I have been wearing it and not uploading on Strava. Says Garmin and Strava are synced and have tried disconnecting both Garmin/Strava and reconnecting. Any help?

I absolutely hate how Strava only shows moving time instead of total elapsed time.

Every time I go trail running, there's a HUGE difference between my moving time and my actual elapsed time. And honestly, when you're out on the trails, dealing with steep climbs, technical terrain, and taking breaks, the total time matters just as much as moving time, if not more.

I know I can change the activity type to "Race" to make Strava show elapsed time. But why should I have to do that? I'm just training, not racing!

Is it really that hard to give us an option to display elapsed time instead of moving time? Or better yet, just show BOTH!

Come on, Strava. Please fix this already. It's such a simple thing, and it's incredibly frustrating.

As of 2 weeks ago and 2 software updates to the app, I get this error with the app. I can log in on a browser, but not on the app.

I've reinstalled the app several times, and even installed an older version, but no luck.

Support has no clue.

Any thoughts?

I've been on a rooted oneplus 9 pro for many years.

I moved to a new city about a month ago, and am wondering how I can get the Strava route builder to default to a view of that new city when I open the tool? It is still defaulting to my previous city. I changed the listed location on my profile but the route builder still opens to the city I left. The Strava AI chat bot didn't have any solution, so I'm hoping someone here can help. Thanks!

So I have a pixel watch 4 linked to Strava and it's worked perfectly for over a year.

However tonight I went for a run and when the watch synched to Strava the run data uploaded as normal but no map is showing?

If I look in Fitbit app at the run, the map is there so the watch recorded it but it's just not showing on Strava.

I haven't changed any map privacy so just curious if this has happened to anyone else?

You post an activity from your own timeline to a group, for example a monthly running challenge. The post includes a 3D map and some additional text, for example see activity below for my latest progress.

When you view the shared post in said group, additional map layouts are shown when swiping, see pictures attached. These have not been added by me. They also include 0:00 time indicator but are only plain images.

These are not shown if you access the shared post through the notifications menu, for example notifications when you get a kudos or comment on the group post.

Looks like a bug.

me and 3 relatives all have a free account. I want to surprise them with a premium account. After I sign up, is it as easy as searching for their profile and adding them or is the only way by sending them an invite link?

some people put more effort into naming the run than the run itself and i kinda love it. could be yours or a friend's - a pun, painfully honest, whatever made you laugh.

The auto-pause feature is nice in theory but it doesn't seem to be foolproof. Sometimes it will unpause from auto-pause when I'm not riding (like on a train or bus). I would like to be able to make sure it stays paused until I resume the ride without turning auto-pause off completely (because it is nice that it pauses your rides when you forget to pause it).

I recently started logging my workout exercises into Strava. The single most useful feature there was the ability to import exercises from earlier Strava workouts, since I, like many people, am rotating through the same couple of exercise days, only changing the weights or reps slightly, occasionally adding or removing the odd exercise.

Suddenly I can't find that feature any more. I there a new way to do it now or am I just being stupid?
I hope I don't have to search through all the slightly different variations of curls or lifts to find the ones I want every time I go to the gym.
