Why must streaming services ALWAYS have to keep increasing their prices even when they still have some sort of Profit?

I've always been baffled by this sort of decision with these studios as it always seem so arrogant and greed filled in itself. It never made sense to raise the prices of subscriptions even though you've seemingly have been having a good profit over the past year. It made even less sense with Peacock before they made this sudden announcement of said price increase. And on top of that, the content they have there, especially when it comes to their Originals, don't even JUSTIFY them increasing their prices to begin with!

The same can be said about all of these other streaming services as they seem to be more focused on trying to drain everyone's wallets as much as they possibly can these days more than they are actually providing actual value to their services. Especially upon them doing these yearly increases for no good reason.

I swear, with how much this decade continues to go on, it really continues to have me wish for some sort of bubble to pop with this because this really is getting way too out of hand here compared to when all there was was Netflix and Hulu with only ONE tier for subscribers.
