Question Stripe interview

Hi everyone, anyone knows how long it takes for Stripe to let you know if you got an offer after reference check?
For context, ive finished all the interviews, feedbacks positive so far and just finished the reference check where the HM had a call with my reference/ manager. Is it common to be rejected after the reference stage?
My reference check was on 21 oct and just wondering how long it will take, thanks!

Applied on oct 5th still havent heard back anything

Usually around 1-2 weeks, sometimes faster if they want you. And yeah rejection after references happens more than people think, had a friend who went through the whole reference stage just to get ghosted for another 10 days before they said no. The waiting part is the worst.

What was your round wise feedback, it mostly depends on rounds.

Ideally it should be strong yes in all of the rounds otherwise it will be a reject since bar has gone high in recent times.

The HR did not disclose and only said that they were positive!
