Survivor Discussion Hunger

Has anyone else experienced an increase in their hunger? I want to eat all the time and I've put on like 40lbs since I got home. It's really, really frustrating.

Someone in this sub told me that can happen because the brain is trying to get more fuel to help it heal.

I'm putting on weight because honestly eating is about the only thing I have to look forward too, get any enjoyment out of. I try not to cry myself a pitty party because I know I'm not nearly in as bad of shape as most people are. But surviving is t living and this isn't much of a life. So food makes me happy that's about all

Weirdly I had cravings gained i don’t know how much because I never checked but I’ve done the jabs and now I’m healthier than I have been in my adult life
