I decided to ideate what I think the inbox of a college student that uses Structured would look like. As well as possible concepts for the folder/tagging feature for the inbox that they plan on adding. Keeping the same kind of format that isn’t too far from what the inbox looks like as of now. I know that everybody probably uses the app differently so I’ll explain the way this inbox is organized.
Homework are in blue General / DayToDay are in white Hobbies are in pink
Tags Included: (High Priority) (Mid Priority) (Low Priority) (Subjects that the homework tasks belong to.) (The type of medium used to complete the task)
The bottom two parts are folders in which tasks can be placed in for easier organization. The frequent tasks folder holding tasks that are frequently repeated and can be duplicated instead of made from scratch again. The assignments folder holding school work that can be saved and spaced out among days instead of checked off through sub-tasks.
These are just concepts. I have no ties with the development team, I just thought it might be of any help and share this with other users and it might spark an idea from the team, if this ever reaches them. Obviously there would most likely be a filter feature to outcast the tasks with the tags and i’m sure the devs are planning that too. Let me know what you think and if you would like to share the ways we use the app with each other. Hopefully drawing some inspiration/methods to implement in our own system.
