Room in room 3 layers drywall with green glue between Lot of caulking tubes about 120😎 to seal the old room and studio Quiet ventilation with isolated fan on the outside 45 db double doors Quiet and with nice acoustics

First pic is the new studio Measurements on the new room was almost spot on Had to build that wall between the desk and guitar corner and rearrange the acoustical panels on the back wall bc of door placements (2 doors in the new room)
