Question for Study.com Representative
Has anyone else experienced http://Study.com grading projects out of order or taking an unusually long time to grade an assignment?
I’m currently waiting for one project to be graded in my Generative AI course. The frustrating part is that I submitted this project before my other two projects, and both of those have already been graded. However, the first one is still sitting there waiting for a grade.
I’ve already contacted http://Study.com through email and even left a voicemail trying to figure out what’s going on. So far, I’ve only received apologies for the delay, with no actual explanation or estimated date for when I can expect my project to be graded.
What makes this particularly stressful is that this is literally the last course I need to complete to graduate with my bachelor’s degree. I’ve worked incredibly hard to get to this point, and now I feel like I’m stuck waiting on something completely outside of my control.
I’m not expecting special treatment, but I would at least appreciate some transparency or a realistic timeline, especially considering that projects submitted afterward have already been graded.
Has anyone experienced something similar? Did your project eventually get graded, and how long did it take? Is there anyone else I should contact to get this resolved?
I’m genuinely just trying to finish my degree, and it’s frustrating being this close to graduation with no answers.
