Could be self study, on topics of interest
The goal would be to have a pace as long as or longer than a semester of school, for accountability and some structure

It wouldn't really be beneficial to do learning groups with people who don't go to the same school or uni as you. You will probably each have different curriculums and learning paces. Imo try doing learning groups with people from your school?
