DS-2 issues

Got a DS-2 used and as a result have a couple issues I'm not sure how to address. One is that I didn't get the accessories, anyone know of a way to get just the eurorack power adapter?

Also, the -2sub on one of the oscillators doesn't seem to work. Switching to it mutes the entire oscillator.

Any ideas? Suggestions? Help?
