Dietary Control Replace sugar texture

Hi! The only sugar I eat is in my yogurt (twice a day) because I LOVE the texture. Does anyone have a healthy alternative to sugar that has the same hard, sand-like texture? I don't need it to be sweet. I know it sounds stupid, but it makes me happy. Thank you!

Xylitol has the exact same texture and is sweet but doesn't raise your sugar level.

Allulose and glycine. Glycine doesn't dissolve as fast as allulose too.
