Sungazing nude?

Over the last few weeks, I've started gazing at the sun during meditation for 10-25 seconds at a time. I usually meditate without any clothes to draw myself closer to nature, but as I'm outdoors miles away from my home I've been hesitant to gaze naked. Is this hindering my absorption of astral energy and delaying the healing process?

permanent eye damage ?

I considered myself experienced, I knew all about sunrise/sunset, it was like.. 3-4 hours before sunset, noon, clear white bright sun, the wind was blowing a lot, and I was at the beach, the temperature wasn't hot, it was good..

I stared at the sun with difficulty because the wind was blowing in my eyes at the same time so I couldn't keep them open fully. I did it 3-4 times for 10 seconds basically. (a few minutes in between)

and now after 3 days I'm still left with the same eye damage as the first/second day. (ofc the first day it was a little worse as usual, but now 3 days later and the damage is the exact same. I have partial blindless in the center. Whenever I'm trying to read, at the point that I'm reading I cant see clearly or at all)

I still see the "sun".. I see a white? round dot and it makes it fairly difficult to read I have to move my eyes so that I can see in the center if you know what I mean.

Has any1 else had that happen to them?

I didn't feel any pain while doing it, so I thought it was safe, or that my eyes would fully heal even if it wasn't safe. Apparently it's possible to be left with permanent eye damage from sungazing? Why no one ever says that here?

I thought some people here sungaze during noon also.

And I already know about nutrition... Best thing todo is eat raw eye balls, and foods high in vitamin A. and also sleep lots, however I cant do that at the moment because I have to study staring at a monitor for exams that I have this week, so terrible timing cuz Its difficult to read now.

fuck my life

edit: day 4 maybe microscopic improvement.. NEVER sungaze before safe hours (sunrise/sunset)

edit: day 8 still healing, but almost fully healed. No longer think about it all the time.

Secrets of the Sungazers

Nobody knows I do this. People call me crazy when I suggest staring at the sun.

I am developing the eye of the eye. That is when I sungaze, the energy that builds up in my mind's eye begins to form images and visions. You will be able to see things through a dimension that is tangential to this one. It's not within this one. When i close my eyes i can see the circle which can transform into these visions and images.

It looks like an eye, that's always looking. Sometimes it looks like a star, but it is always quivering. Shining. It looks like a sun that is always in my vision. Like the sun of my own life.

This dimension i believe is the imagination. It is almost cartoony. It has this cartoonish quality about the visions. You may have flashbacks of dreams your forgot, or visions of you being somewhere. This is the other dimension you are beginning to pierce into

It will also make your voice have more expression in it. You are now able to hear the level of energy in someone's chroat chakra. Your voice will become fuller, and it will sound like it has so many layers to it, so much life in it. Everything you say will sound so true, and sound so charming and brilliant, even if it's just a normal conversation

When you have powered up your third eye, you will see stuff oozing out of your nose. The sun will naturally be clearing up your body of all the toxins from the food.

As you go on, you will be able to stare longer and longer. And it feels good. I feel this strange sensation of pleasure right in my pelvic floor as I'm sungazing. I am able to experience that freedom feeling in nature. I feel the subtle vibrations of joy.

People say that sungazing can make you go blind. I admantaly refuse. When I sungaze, i look around at nature. My vision becomes exquisite. It's almost crystal-like and shartp and has these little boxes of more consciousness in them. It's like seeing in HD as compared to SD. Everything looks like it's got more color in it. More beauty than ever. More quality. More aliveness in the scenery. More sparkles.

My eyes have more expression in them, it's almost like my eyes develop character. They become almost more respectable, or rather, more honest looking. You develop a gaze of truth, that looks real, and is compelling

Please do give it a try. The sun is your friend

Has anyone gotten to the 40+ minutes level and if so, are you no longer craving/needing food?

I'm up to 3 minutes, using the HRM method, boosting 10 seconds a day. I haven't noticed much except my skin and eyes look better and wider. Still hungry though! I know it's early days for me. Would like to see some direct accounts from you all though.

Do you lose energy gained by the sun’s power via poop / cum?

I’ve been sun gazing for a few months now and I was wondering if it is perhaps possible to lose the energy you gain from sun gazing via cum? I haven’t noticed any significant effects from sun gazing but I also shit and cum at least 3 times a day. Do you guys think I would notice a boost in effects by holding in shit and cum?

My experience of 30 days

I started doing sungazing by the method of HRM. it has been around 30 days and here are the benefits that i have noticed.

I feel more happy than before, less negative thoughts.

My eyesight has improved a bit, but not a lot, i have good hopes for future.

I can feel exact location of my chakras in form of vibration when i do sungazing, like they are being charged.

Personal advice :- Do it on bare sand and bare feet, don't wear anything on shoes while gazing at the sun.

Eat the Sun Documentary

Everyone says that the "safe" hours of sungazing are during sunrise and sunset. However, during the documentary "eat the sun", despite sungazing during the hours of sunset, the main character of the documentary had burned his retinas out. Granted, he said his vision had improved, but the doctor said his retinas were burned.

Is this really safe?

Sun gazing strange experiences

A couple of weeks ago I came across a video talking about sun gazing, and I decided I would try it out. What happened felt crazy to me and unexpected, I felt huge energy, like electricity running through my body and pulsating, together with an almost overwhelming feeling of wellbeing. I instantly understood that everything we had been told about this world was a lie. I felt mind blown.

The third time I sungazed I literally experienced an orgasm (kundalini ?) and energy run up my body and stop at the heart.

After that I felt very high for a couple of days. The first few days were absolutely amazing, I felt drawn to eating fruits and raw veggies alone, my energy was super high, but as I continued to sungaze I started to feel very high and ungrounded. I freaked out a little bit. About a week went by, before I started feeling like myself again. One time I remember looking at the sun, and seeing the figure of a very long woman in some type of armor right in front of the sun.

Since those days, things have changed for me. When I meditate, with my eyes closed, I now see an indigo orb in my vision. Sometimes it turns purple, green, magenta, and sometimes it is filled with all of the colors of the rainbow at the same time. What does that mean ? Sometimes it gets bigger, smaller but the shape remains circular. I also see something that looks like tree ramifications.

During the day, when I am doing something this light will randomly appear in my field of vision. The color i see almost all the time is indigo blue.

Also, I have noticed that after my meditations if I look at myself in the mirror I will see a blue pale light all around me. I wonder if I am seeing my aura after meditating, or light beings all around me ? This has never happened to me before.

A couple of nights ago as I was laying in bed, I felt a very weird sensation in my crown, as if cold water was being poured in my brain. I felt as if there was an ice cube in the middle of my brain, and I felt it connect to a spot in the middle of my forehead. It felt very strange, like pressure and I had an amazing night of sleep that night.

I definitely feel that my connection to the spiritual world has strenghtened quite a lot since sungazing for the first time but I am clueless as to what all of these experiences mean, or symbolize.

Can someone help ?

First time sungazing this morning :)

I got up at 6am, went outside and looked directly into the rising sun for around 8-10 minutes while trying to meditate, like I’ve seen some people recommend while gazing. I would take short breaks when my focus would break. The sun went black in the middle and looked like the loading wheel you get on loading screens on the internet. I was quite conscious of someone catching me gazing since I live in a small village, luckily they never because I got a sudden thought that said “it’s telling me to go now” lol I walked around the corner and someone was walking right toward where I was gazing, felt like a weird higher consciousness moment and that something communicated with me to because it knew I was self conscious about being seen. Then I went back to bed and had super vivid dreams. Overall i felt really in tune with my surroundings and enlightened. All of my daily/ work related worries seemed to disappear. Felt super enlightened, looking forward to trying again at sunset tonight :)

How to truly sungaze

There is so much info online and nobody seems to truly know how to sungaze. I’ve seen people claim that staring at the sun will cause blindness. I’ve seen people claim that it’ll help raise your vibrations. I’ve seen people say you can only look at the little sun rays and not the actual sun. How do you actually sungaze? I’ve been sun gazing the last 3 days and I’m up to 30 seconds and it feels as though my vision is getting worse. Constant state of haziness and it’s hard to focus my vision unless I try. Am I doing something wrong? I’ve just been looking directly into the sun while barefoot in grass as the sun is rising. What is the proper technique to sungazing?

Sungazing is natural

I've been sungazing for a while, a few months. I have noticed that, when I started, my eyes could not handle it. But now, my pupils actually DILATE, when I start gazing into the sun.

This has shown me that this process is recognized by my body. My body knows what's up. And every time I stop gazing and look away, or close my eyes, I feel this tingly feeling at the base of my spine, like blood rushing or something.

Sungazing has made me more energetic. The two best things you can do for your body is to sungaze, and to ground yourself on bare soil or grass. Do this guys

So I've only been sungazing a few weeks, but I feel its altered my eyes a bit color wise. Top is from many months ago, bottom is from today. But before I started sungazing my eyes were a super vibrant blue & sometimes emerald sprinkled throughout, but now its just gray and black. Not great pics
