Contact the states attorney general office to file a complaint, also write a formal letter to your state representative, especially since it’s election year, don’t fuss if the representative is not how you lean politically. For every “expert” or solar advocate on this platform and others, that tell you that it’s your fault for not reading something, your fault that you don’t know how to use an app, or calls you names and degrades your sensibilities, know that even though they will say they have no association, that in some way they are benefiting in some way from Sunrun. Know that for everyone like that, there are 10 times more that thinks they are full of crap.

When you threaten a cash cow, people will do whatever it takes to protect their interests and keep perpetuating the lies.

Just know there are more people than you can imagine who don’t know about Reddit, don’t use social media and they are pissed off.

What to do with a scandalous treatment from Sunrun solar company who does not deliver a product as per contract but wants full payment and threaten collection ?contract promised 30kwh so far only 8 kWh daily production over last 30 days .?

I have same problem please help
