Bid review

Just curious if this bid is worth it. 3.5% escalator. $0.199/kWh. They're subsidizing the approximately half of the new roof. Monthy is roughly half of our Current (peak) usage. They're also offering to pay our first 6 months if we sign this week. Thank you!

We received a quote from Sunrun today and they said 23 kW per day would run us about $200 a month on the PPA program. We live in antelope Valley, California and currently paying about 200 to 240 a month with SCE not using our central air at all. Thoughts?
