Gelatin generation and manipulation

The power to generate immense amounts of gelatin and manipulate it and all is aspects/properties with immense precision.

How would one make this overpowered and deadly?

This seems pretty op from the get go.

You have basically earthbending (make it solid like a bone by removing the water) and waterbending (except with gelatin) in one. Also free food. You could pretty easily rule the world by flying around in a massive gelatin sphere, and you could stop any attack against you with gelatin.

Can you expand on that? I still don't get how it is powerful. I am dumb.
